The sprawling gym encompasses two levels in the iconic Sun Tower building. Fitness classes – including boot camps, cross training, spin, yoga, and kick boxing – take place in an airy upstairs studio. Head downstairs and you'll enter the personal training zone where equipment, much of it from Italy’s Technogym, lines the mirrored and brick walls. There are weights, sandbags, battle ropes, barbells and dumbbells, and cable systems designed to test your stability and strength.
