Welsh Bros Contracting -> Recently finished building our new home. Blair came and did the post construction clean up and pressure washing. Did an excellent job. Removed the window seals, cleaned the siding, washed the stamped concrete. Without hesitation i would recommend to all.
Contracted Welsh Bros Contracting (Blair) to pressure wash my house. Most of the work came out looking good except for the windows. When I pointed out that the windows had a remaining layer of dirt on them Blair became very defensive of his work “I’ve cleaned over 500 windows I know what I am doing”. While I tried to look for a solution he threw a temper tantrum, leaving my home while cursing me in front of my neighbors homes. I will not be using him again, nor recommending his services.
Once in 5 years will i come across a client who is Totally Unreasonable, Absurd ... and apparently has the time to SPAM - TROLL social media. I have cleaned well over 1000 Homes and Business's in the Lower Mainland. Reliable, Affordable ... Excellent Service! I would not recommend anyone pay attention to this pathetic review. We have not had our house Pressure Washed in some time. Mildew and Mould was starting to really show on our property. Called Blair and he came out for a Free Quote. Came out on the weekend and did a really good job. Our house looks terrific! I recommend Blair's Services to everyone. Very Happy!
Blair was fantastic! 100% Reliable, Great work and very affordable. He came out and Quoted us when he said he would, Showed up the next day to do the job. Our Siding and Driveway / Sidewalks turned out beautiful!
