Army & Navy Department Store

They don't answer the main phone in New West. When they do answer the main phone at the Vancouver store, the know nothing cashiers answer by saying:"yup" or "nope". Pathetically casual. NO manners, no willingness to help make a sale. Plus today the Vancouver store has only ONE person in the fishing department and he called in sick. Effectively no sales staff to sell fishing stuff. What a shoddy operation A & N has disintegrated into.

Bad experience with this store. Bought a pair of shoes, comfortable shoes and they were not cheap. It took a few weeks before I had a function to wear those shoes to, after one wearing the seam had come loose. The store treated me like a criminal, I guess to make me go away, I stood my ground, then get a credit note instead of a refund as it should have been. I will stay away from that store, the credit note is useless as most of the merchandise is so inferior and camping I do not do. FAIL.
