The Management is very unhelpful and not try to help you at all. They simply will put everything on Agreement and say that you should see the agreement. They dont accept Interaac or Bank transfers and want you to pay hard cash which is foolish. The rental board has to do a surprise visit to their office and see that they are good to the renters

Generally unhelpful people, and poor building upkeep. Ambiguous notes strewn across our building from the management, refusal to act on certain policies, such as those implicated on building parking. Grossly overpriced laundry tokens, and a single laundry room for a building that can hold almost 100 people. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to rent property, as you will almost certainly be dissatisfied with the management and their practices.
