This is my favourite restaurant! The portions are huge and the food is amazing! The people who work there and own it are so nice. Do yourself a favour and get the salad rolls, and the spring rolls. I'm a vegetarian and they are always willing to modify dishes. The curry vermicelli comes with eggs, tons of vegetables, shrimp and chicken. If you like spicy try that one!
The food were not something special, but the behaviour of the employee (probably the owner) was disgusting! We ordered a cuisine with mushrooms, and there was no mushroom there, but when we called her, she said we were out of mushroom vary rudely!

We used the Map it feature to find this place; it put us on the right street, but 20 or so blocks away. Nice place; very clean and friendly. We had salad rolls to start and a pot of green tea. The salad rolls are missing something, but are still good, especially with the peanut sauce and a bit of hot sauce.
We orders #101 which was curry shrimp with veggies and an order of rice. This is a shrimp dish, so if your looking for lots of veggies, order a specific veggie dish. Nice hint of curry without the over powering heat normally associated with most curry dishes. We will return to this place without a doubt next time we're in Lethbridge.
I am surprised that nobody write a review for Song Thuan. We eat there a lot. They have very good food. I love their #13, the beef noodle soup. serve hot and fresh. Their rice plate is very good too, pork and chicken are both my favorite. I been to other vietnamese restaurants in other cities, but they are not as good as Song Thuan. My boyfriend grew up in Vancouver. I asked him to bring me to a good Vietnamese restaurant and he said Song Thuan in Lethbridge is the best. There is nowhere to find better Vietnamese food.
