    Brought our work truck in to get detailed, sold us the most expensive package, but paid it because the truck had not been washed in 2 years (interior) The seats inside the truck took 5 days to dry out. Emailed to try to get some sort of discount or compensation and was given lip service. $624 later, we had to spend about 5-6 more hours trying to dry the interior. IF I return, I will be armed with these experience and knowledge.

    Never again in my life

    Full story on Yelp. It was my first time to Bubbles. I pulled in and asked for an outside-only wash because I knew I had my dog in the back seat and didn't want the doors to be opened. I told the attendant/manager that I had a dog and the only question he asked me was if she was friendly. I was asked to wait inside, I was not given the option to take my dog with me (which I later found out was common) or I would have done so. I had just finished paying when the attendant/manager told me my dog had been let out of the car and was being chased by one of the workers. Don't you think you should be cautious when opening the doors when you are aware a dog is in the car?! She had a long leash on, if someone was paying ANY attention, they could have grabbed it or blocked her before she jumped out. Anyone?! A week later, after many attempts (and still ongoing attempts) to find my dog, I went back to Bubbles. I had originally told them that when I found her, I would expect the company to pay any fees associated with releasing her from the pound or shelter. Since I still hadn't found her, I asked them to reimburse me for my adoption fees and the other expenses I'd had for her as an act of goodwill and apology. I was immediately denied with some half-hearted sympathetic, 'It's not our fault and this has never happened before'.
