Waited for a table on a busy January Saturday morning. I was at the front of the queue and the smallest table in the place was just vacating. Rather then give me the table the waitress walked right past me at the head of the line and gave the table to a pair who had just come in the door. The waitress asked me to come outside(?) and said if I want a table it will be outside (in January) and you will have to wait. I said no, you have just completely lost a customer. Won't be back
I love dairy lane they have homemade, fresh, not greasy food. They are busy and small but worth the wait for sure. Check out the breakfast it's to die for.
Dairy Lane is one of my favorite brunch spots and definitely worth the wait. I recommend going at 10 am to beat the lunch rush. However, you are treated with freshly brewed coffee while you wait in line, so it is not that bad. The owner comes out and meets each of his customers and really makes an effort to chat and get to know you. I always feel like I am at a friend’s house for brunch. The decor really speaks for the overall atmosphere of the restaurant, very laid back and casual. The food is excellent. My last visit, I treated myself to French toast with fresh berries and it was quite the decadent treat.
