We were so grateful for the compassionate, friendly, helpful ladies who helped us at Southcentre's Ben Moss. Excellent service that goes above and beyond is so rare these days! We bought an engagement ring here, with 14 days 2 diamonds fell out. The customer service was deplorable during the experience.

We were having a wedding band repaired so it needed a new shank, the ladies in the store said it would be $45.00 then the repair man calls with an estimate of $108.00 and when my husband went to pick it up it was $173.25 nice way to make a BIG BIG profit when I called about it there was no apology simply a snippy response that that is what the cost was. Please be careful when dealing with this business.
