We were there last night January 27th. Our server was Greg. He was so attentive and as I said to my family a really nice guy. When I was told we were going here for dinner I was no amused. Boring bad bar food is all I could think of but biy was I surprised. We visited on a Friday night and were greeted by an extra happy gent who showed us to a nice comfy booth. Our waitress was equally as cheery -- like REALLY cheery. She told us the specials, filled up our cups without asking and was super fast on her feet. The fish and chips were outstanding. The 2 fish portions were huge and not too battery, the fries were just okay. The steak was cooked perfectly. I got the mushroom salad with grilled chicken and was blown away by the taste and size -- salads usually disappoint. VERY happy and probably will return.

I am writing this in December of 2023, and I have been to the Bungalow a fair number of times over the past seven years. It is a great place to go, with great food and very good service. That being said, I call your attention to the fact that all of the other reviews on this website are AT LEAST 10 YEARS OLD and are therefore so out of date that they should be completely ignored.

its a very cozy type of place with a nostalgic feel...old marilyn monroe and elvis pictures on the wall..its been there about 45 years or more the service is very good done by the hostess missy she is very charming and friendly and loves to tell you a good story...its a nice place to go and enjoy with some nice food and read your newspaper...its a nice little hidden getaway i highly recommend prices very very inexpensive and perfect to fit anyones budget
