This is the closest Brampton will get to having a little taste of Britain. It is the best fish and chip I have had since back home. The cod light batter and chip are to die for. Their chicken pot pies and chip are also a good bet for those who don't like fish. The breaded chicken strips are amazing as well, you can get alone with chips or in a wrap.
The menu is very extensive for a fish and chip place. Beats Heritage Fish and Chip by far. Gott's the fish is fresh, bigger and more value for your $$$.
The service is good, the employees know their stuff and make recommendations if you are not sure.
I have been many many many times and the service and the food is always the same - really good!

Although they're famous for their chicken, we'll be going back for their fish (and maybe try the chicken for my 'no way I'm eating fish' husband). My son and I were looking for a quick bite for lunch after doing some shopping at the nearby Scholars Choice and found this place. Smelled soo good. As we didn't see a lot of prices or labels, my son ordered the Portuguese sausage sandwich and I lingered over the windows filled with mountains of fish, rice, potatoes and was served by a very pleasant and helpful young man. I asked about a particular dish and ended up ordering the amazing looking and super delicious cod with a side of potatoes, The server put two layers of potatoes in a good sized container, covered it with the huge portion of cod and then he began spooning a loving amount of the yummy sauce over the dish. As it really isn't a sit down place, we were hungry and ate there. I paid less than $20 and was in heaven. My son enjoyed his sausage but will definitely order the cod next time. Was surprised to read about 'grumpy' servers. Ours even thanked us for coming on our way out. Maybe because it was in the early Friday afternoon, we saw that customers were served quickly (looked like they ordered huge quantities ahead) and courteously. Definitely going back for that cod. Pssst...I overhead the guy tell someone its only available Fridays and Saturdays.

We went here tonight as a family for a simple family dinner. I am very impressed by the clean quiet family atmosphere. Then came the menus that were filled with very fair priced items for dinner for all of us. When dinner came out I was absolutely positively impressed. My wife and I used to dine here more often in the past but I went back recently and was reminded me why we like it so much. The owners, John and Molly are very friendly and make some of the best doubles and vegetarian rotti's that we've ever had.
We mainly go there for the vegetarian cusine.
You won't be disappointed in your meal if you pick it up there. They can take awhile to make sometimes but you get what you wait for. Quality isn't fast.

The seafood dishes are the best I have ever tasted, hands down.
Everything is made with passion. It is really hard to find that these days.
And of course the chicken is always a staple, I prefer rotisserie, but they have grilled chicken to which seems to be really popular.
Always call in your order though as this place can get really busy Fridays - Sundays.
Its no wonder I've seen Mayor Hazel pop in there so often, it really is the best value in Mississauga.

Myself and my husband went for dinner here to celebrate our anniversary and we had a great time. The crab cakes and wings were delicious. The hunter chicken and sirloin steak were cooked perfectly and tasted good too. The dessert trio snd tiramisu coffee topped it off well. Will definitely go back again. i need to have my jerk fix at least once a week and this is the best spot in Mississauga - trust me i've tried everything. don't expect the best service or atmosphere - that's not because they are rude or not nice, just seems like a lot of people are going in and out. Also, a few times they've mixed up my order, so make sure they get it exactly right.
I've also noticed a few times they over salted, but that's a few times in the many many times i've been there. Overall would highly recommend this spot.
