Awesome Asian fusion brunch with Filipino and Vietnamese influences. It was so good that I did not even notice my potato hash had no meat! It was comprised of a unique combo of ingredients including chick peas,l and sweet potato. I tried a bite of the breakfast Vietnamese bun and that was tasty too. There are 8 seats in the patio, not the best view as you see the viaduct but when it is sunny and warm it was just right. The service was friendly and excellent. Several spritzers available too. We have visited just about every pho restaurant in the Langley area and by far Pho Rex is the best. Lee, the owner, runs Rex together with her husband and two sons. The menu is quite extensive and delicious. Everything is made fresh to order and you can tell when you taste it, especially the spring and salad rolls. The prices are on the low side which is great. Pho Rex is located on Fraser Highway across from Pricemart and Starbucks. Read more

If my boyfriend and I want great food that never disappoints we make the teck from Maple Ridge to Charlie's it's hands down our favorite place to eat and the fact that they have gluten free options is even better as I have celiac and finding places that have a clear menu for gluten free and is safe and understanding and doesn't judge me for something I can't control.
