City of Toronto Summer Camps

On offer for preschoolers, children and youth in different neighbourhoods across the GTA are hundreds of programs, including Bollywood dancing, cooking, martial arts and babysitting certificate camps. Also available are full and half-day activities, with programming specially adapted to participants with disabilities and special needs. Register early!
Toronto Zoo
Meadowvale Rd, Scarborough, ON M1B 5K7Kids who dream of getting close to animals can go wild at a Toronto Zoo summer camp program. Children get an intimate glimpse of wildlife from around the world, studying baby animals, meeting zookeepers and learning about the famous polar bears, penguins and giant pandas. These programs help to instil wonder and respect for the natural world, and they’re a lot of fun, too.
YMCA Day Camps
300-2200 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M4S 2C6Programs at the YMCA day camps comprise the A to Z of activities, starting with aquatics and ending with Youth Leadership, with a whole lot in between. Designed for kids ages five to teens, YMCA programs on arts, sports and personal development go hand in hand with a lot of fun. Some programs are eligible for government subsidy.
Fleck Dance Theatre
235 Queens Quay W, Toronto, ON M5J 2G8Making happy campers since 1979, Harbourfront Centre has more than 50 programs taking advantage of its lakeside location. Sailing and paddling programs stand alongside arts activities, reflecting its status as one of the most happening venues in the city. French language camps and on-site overnight camps are also available for ages three to 17. Meals and transport can be arranged at an additional fee.
Lorraine Kimsa Theatre For Young People Educational Services
165 Front St E, Toronto, ON M5A 3Z4An exciting option for kids who love to be on stage, the YPT’s Summer Drama Camps run one and two-week programs for kids ages six to 12 and teenagers ages 13 to 18. All aspects of theatre production are on the agenda, with a special focus on improvisation, voice and movement techniques and mask-making. At the end of the program, participants present a show at the theatre for family and friends, and gain know-how on lighting, props and costumes.
Royal Ontario Museum

A diverse array of programs run by professional and experienced staff is offered, focusing on fun and learning through a variety of activities. Camps encompassing film, music, theatre, archeology, geology and architecture take place against the backdrop of the ROM’s intriguing galleries and artifacts, which are sure to fascinate kids ages five to 14.
