The Razz combines Bacardi razz rum with raspberries, fresh mint, lime, simple syrup and soda, while the raspberry beer mojito uses the same ingredients but adds Alexander Keith’s into the mix. Another beer mojito is the grapefruit beer mojito, which sees Absolut citron vodka mixed with Stiegl Radler beer and all of the other traditional mojito fixings.

It’s just Captain Morgan white, watermelon, lime and mint in a glass but its flavour is nuanced and sublime. It’s the ideal drink for a steamy summer night out on the town. They also serve a virgin version for those who want the watermelon flavour without the booze.

For what is a mojito if not a mashing up of simple ingredients into something spectacular and refreshing? The Red Piano mojito swirls together fresh muddled kiwi, Malibu rum, soda, simple syrup and lime in a glass with a mint candied rim. The kiwi and lime flavours are so good apart but so much better together. For something a little different, try the Blueberry Hill mojito.
