The building is quiet and nice. Rent is reasonable and PPMG is easy to communicate with.

With a fantastic letter of reference I moved in and they seem very nice and understanding at 1st. I allowed a friend to stay with me temporarily at xmas. We explained the situation to ppmg. They were very rude but my friend was gone within the month. Soon after SCAN showed up at my door and forced me to move because of Noxious Behavior. When I asked ppmg about it, they lied. I later found out it was ppmg that phoned SCAN in the first place. They are judgemental discriminative Liars.

I’ve rented off these people for two years now and compared to other landlords I have when I have a problem they actually come and check it out that day and make things happen... when I moved in I had almost nothing because I was going through break up and a guy that works there named matt hooked me and my kids up with some used items to help us get going... very great good people
