    All I can say is do yourself a favor and avoid renting any property from this company. They are extremely dishonest with rental prices (very common for rent to increase by 20-30% with only 1 months notice) Any issues that arise with maitenance, pest control etc are generally not taken at all seriously and given a well get to it when we get to it kind of attitude. My apartment had a rampart cockroach problem upon moving in, this wasnt told to me during my initial walkthrough (which took p
