We had a very good experience with the purchase and installation of our quartz counter two years ago top. All options were clearly explained to us and we got exactly what we wanted. The counter top was delivered and installed on time and without issue. Our recent customer service experience was excellent. We called on Monday to see if anything could be done about a couple of chips we had gotten around the sink. The repair crew was at our home on Thursday and made an excellent job.

Who would have guessed we could have afforded granite in our kitchen reno? But Granite by Wednesday were a joy to work with. They came when they said they would, adhered to their original estimates, and gave us a great deal. We would use them again in a flash, and have already recommended them to others!
What a great business model! With in-stock products in various grades and colours, we were able to match our needs to their stock and installation was almost immediate. From decision to installation took only one week - other vendors needed an 8-12 week delivery BEFORE installation. All aspects of selection, accurate measurement, installation and price made this a very positive experience. I heartily recommend this vendor, professional and great installation.

Service was great from the beginning - Corie and team were able to help select beautiful marble slabs for the entire house renovation. Cost was the lowest out of three vendors quoted in the city. They worked with our install schedule to meet our needs even though we were behind schedule on install date. Install team was professional and handled deficiencies quickly, coming back to the house to buff and fix two cracks. Payment was requested upon job completion and satisfaction.
WE had good service and good product with Granite by Wednesday. When the wholesale supplier could not provide the first product we wanted GbW substituted a better quality stone at the same price. Install was on time and on budget.
Had Granite by Wednesday install two separate kitchen countertops as well as two other countertops in bathrooms. Corie was good to deal with as well as his staff. The pricing was very competetive in comparison to other places in Regina. Overall I am satisfied with their services.

This business is an absolute nightmare!
Materials were damaged and installed knowing it was unacceptable. The Owner Corie is a rude and unprofessional menace. Demanded to be paid in full before job was complete. Damaged pieces and incorrect installation was met with "live with it". He even threatened to break into the house and destroy the counter tops, refusing to repair any damages. If you are looking to renovate your kitchen DO NOT use Granite by Wednesday!!!
As a contractor we rarely have the opportunity to screen our customers. Sometimes, despite how hard we try, people have unreasonable expectations or are simply trying to take advantage of our business. In this situation the customer asked us to deviate from our normal best practices because it is their money and they are smarter than our crew of professionals. We installed everything as per their instructions, plus we made 5 or 6 extra trips and did extra work at their request at no extra charge. They were not happy and we explained that had they followed our recommendations the final product would have been much better. They refused to pay. We had documented all of their instructions and carefully detailed the issues. We put a lien on the house and filed a claim in small claims court. We were paid in full. We are willing to go the extra mile to help people get what they want. At some point we have to put our foot down. |

I had shopped around extensively in the Regina area and found Cory of Granite by Wednesday to be very straight forward and knowledgeable, making the entire process from choosing to the installation of the granite stress free. The job was completed in a timely manner with no issues or concerns on my part. The granite looks amazing. I would definitely recommend this company to those considering the installation of granite. The price was great and the job was very professional.
