Rented a parking stall from him for almost 3 years and have nothing but good things to say.

bad landlord!

This property owner did not have the properly wired in smoke detectors in 2007, which where to be installed by 2006, when his property was reviewed by the housing inspectors he refused to fix the issue. When said tenant moved in paddlelocks where on each window of the basement suite on 2051 Ottawa st. There where no keys and when said tenant stated they needed keys or the locks removed in case of a fire he refused stating that his property may get broken in to and destroyed! Tenant was than forced to find someone else to remove the locks on the windows! This landlord also places people on bad tenants list of Regina. He claims damages but has no proof! He has a back door office. He is recognized as a slumlord! The only people that rent from him are low income people who can afford quality housing, so are forced to live in unkept environments that the owner himself would never live in!!
