Horrible customer service they dont return calls and dont answer phones. They havent plowed my driveway since the first snow fall. Unreal! Avoid at all cost

Note: 0/5 Pire service. Ne faites pas affaire avec SnowBiz. Il est toujours le dernier des déneigeura à passer après une tempête, par plusieurs heures et souvent plus de 24hrs après. Et lorsquil vient déneiger cest tout croche. Nous sommes à la même adresse depuis 4 ans et avons essayé un déneigeur différent à chaque année pour évaluer les services et cest de loin le pire service. Ne répond pas non plus aux appels.

HORRIBLE! I have to call for them to come. Last snow fall they never came. I called every day and no answer.. money down the drain with this company

Service in past years was spotty but now is non-existent. The numbskull who showed up to clean the driveway after days of waiting after last week's snowfall blasted away one of my signs and blew the snow high over the other one. The city snowblowers just piled it on even more. Now you guessed it - whoever Billy hired to drive the tractors on my street has missed me for this latest one. I have tried to call but he never answers. I guess I will have no choice but try to dig through to find it.

Absolutely horrendous service. We just had a snow storm but I'm waiting to be plowed from the last one. He plows every house around us but always forgets mine. He should be paying me an employee wage because I do my own drive way now.

Service épouvantablement pourri. Chute de 15cm de neige qui a cessé à 9:00pm le soir, lendemain matin 7:00AM, toujours pas déneigé. Depuis le début de l'hiver, c'était aussi mauvais comme service. Tous les autres voisins ont de belles entrée déneigé, sauf les 2 poissons comme nous qui ont cette entreprise comme fournisseur. Je prie le ciel pour 2 choses : que les chutes de neige cessent et que notre voiture ne ce fasse pas éraflé par l'un (ou le seul ?) tracteur qui fait le déneigement ...

Plus de8h d attente apres,seulement 15 cm de neige impossible de telephoner telephone occupe

toute la journée j,ai telephone on m,a répondu q,uon allé passe mais il est 7 heures du soir et personne n,ai venu aujourd'hui le 23 janvier 2018 demain je m,adresse a mon avocat et je pour suivrai la compagnie pour dommages a mon véhicule

This is by far THE WORST snow removal service. Not once have they shown up without a phone call however rarely reachable. Do not recommend unless you prefer to payy someone and do the job yourself, by hand!

Terrible, unreliable snow removal company. They don’t show up for 48 hours after snowfall and at times don’t show up at all. Don’t waste your money, you’ll only be doing a lot of shoveling.

Very bad service. The most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. They disconnect the phone line when it snows and simply don't show up.

Très mauvais service. Mes voisins font affaire avec leur compétiteur et leur cour est déneigé 6 à 12 heures avant la mienne. Complètement inutile.

I have never ever complained about anything online before but I absolutely felt the need to speak up about SnowBiz. I have done business with 3 snow removal companies before and this is my 4th. It is by far the worst i have ever had to deal with. They are pretty bad with light snowfalls but absolutely TERRIBLE wity heavy snowfalls. They dont answer their phones and even when they do, they dont seem to care. You have lost me and most of my neighbors as clients for sure.

9pm still have not passed yet, all other companies have cleaned my neighbors multiple times

I am not used to evaluate services but this company is so bad that they forced me to warn others to deal with .. This year, I decided to deal with them after a long hesitation time due to bad reviews, but the company's owner reassured me saying that their service would improve this year !! This company is terrible, never show up after EVERY snowfall unless you beg them to .. UNRELIABLE SERVICE, PLEASE STAY AWAY EVEN IF THEY WILL SERVE YOU FOR FREE

Unprofessional, clears snow from driveway and empties it in walkway and driveway of neighboring property after other contractor has cleared the snow.
