The goal being caught by someone else, known as a catcher, swinging on another trapeze. Many first-timers are able to do this after just one class. Trapeze is a fun and safe activity for everyone.
SO much fun! We went as a group of 4 and did a private lesson. We had lots of time to learn and practice and we even got to try moving from one trapeze to a person on a second one.
