The UPS Store No 345

Went there to pick up a parcel and the guy was more focus on the soccer game than looking for it. He said it wasnt there, the notice and the UPS main office said it was from a few days prior. I dont trust this place at all and im pretty sure he took it.

My sincere gratitude for the UPS team. Before my recent experience at this store I had always worked with Canada Post which was also very good. But this time was even better! Many thanks to Bryan who helped me out to tackle my problem. I will sure business with UPS another time.

Honesty and professional is what comes to mind when you talk about UPS Store 345. I came in with a package to ship and they help me save money by finding a faster and cheaper shipping method to ship with that i couldnt find online. I would give this store 6 stars if I could. I Know ship everything from there. They're the best!

I received my not...

I received my notice to pick up my parcel ,the best part was I was able to pick it up the same day!it left a scan code which quickly allowed me to get the information.I went to pick up the parcel it took no more than 5 mins!the girl was friendly and polite which is really not something we see anymore today so kudos to UPS!

Very convenient. ...

Very convenient. Until a couple of years ago I had to pick up packages at the depot in the middle of nowhere. Here it's a 5 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk. Friendly efficient staff.
