OMG Worst customer experience! Never experimented so much bad attitude and careless. Do not even respect the law about bills providing in advance. Do not call you back to keep you informed about why there are delays. Be sure I will not buy a Hyundai for next car and will go to another garage. They say they have employees issues but when you go there they are doing nothing and make jokes and fun together instead of working.

Service pitoyable. Livraison du véhicule avec un excédent de plus de 1250km. Problème d’enregistrement à la SAAQ, le véhicule est au nom d’une entreprise de location. Proposition d’une indemnité de 50$ pour le préjudice subi. Difficultés à faire annuler la vente. Je ne recommande à personne.

they charge me 250$ for cleaning the total car (obliged he said) the day of pickup car wasn't washed and they didn't reimbursed me at all, i m no buying any more car there.please don't.

Dishonest reviews. They give clients 15$ off their bill if the client gives the dealer a 5star review on yellow pages. Service rep never gave me the correct price for the work. Then I was overcharged. Work that was supposed to be done was not but useless work was done without my consent. What was supposed to be a 120$ oil change and verification turned into a 500$ visit. Will no be returning. Dishonest.

Service à la clientèle absolument exécrable. Délai de temps trop long,j'ai attendu 1h10 pour quelque chose qui ne devrait prendre que 15-20 minutes.N'achetez pas la protection esthétique,ils ne savent pas comment procéder en cas de réclamation. Peut-être que pour acheter un véhicule,ils sont courtois et gentils avec vous,mais ensuite, bonne chance pour l'entretien et autre par la suite.Le gars qui m'a servi n'a pas cessé de se plaindre lors du service, il me soupirait en pleine face, pitoyable !

I bought a new Tucson GLS 2014 in September 2014. they give me a good deal with 750 $ in service, Mags with winter time plus storage for the tires. last August the rust start, One month after the service changed from services to only oil change and you have to pay beside every oil change. when I received the winter tire it came with Rims not mags, when I spook with the guy who deal he answered may be yes I told you that to close the deal but nothing written so do whatever you want. rust to fix i

I brought my car ...

I brought my car for service because they had a shuttle when I booked my app i had to be at work for 9. They called me to confirm my appointment i asked at what time i had to be there was told whenever. i dropped off my car and Shuttle would be back at 9.10! I had to take a cab to work so I wouldn't be late and when asked for a refund of the cab fees the MANAGER OF THE DEALERSHIP said 'I don't have to pay you a thing I offered a service and it’s your problem you didn't take it'
