Follow these instructions depending on your browser version:Firefox Users- Go to Tools > Clear recent history.- Ensure that time range is set to everything and click the Clear Now button- Close browser and try the intranet again.Internet Explorer Users- Go to tools > internet options- In the general tab, you'll notice a section named browsing history- Click the Settings button next to the Delete.- This should open a Temporary Internet Files and History Settings dialog box- You'll notice 3 buttons on this dialog box, click the far right button named View Files- You should now have a file explorer window listing all temporary internet files currently stored on your computer.
