have been Cleaned by other companies and never gotten realy clean and we dirty Again few weeks.after border city steam carpet cleaning did them they looked Like new and stayed that way for six months. I highly recommend them
the technicians mike he did a wonderful job on my carpet.my lovely pets knocked over a soy candle that splattered everywhere.unfortunately,it did happen over the holiday weekend so it had sat for few days.this technician mike got so much of it out of my carpet i was deeply amazed.i hadnt expected so much of the candle wax to come up. the nice part about it was that he didnt give up when it appeared it wasnt coming out,he just kept working on it.my carpet looks good as new
