The WORST shoe repair place ever! I bought my pair of nude colour salvatore ferragamo flat to clean & refinish . They promise they will clean, shampoo and polish my shoe. When I pick up my shoes , they not only DID NOT clean and polish my shoe, but there were more dark marks add on the shoes.
I complain and ask what happen but the service associates refuse to explain why this happen and said he doesn't have time to talk to me , then he walk away to the back of the store and ignore me .
