I applied to an apartment on St. Clair owned by Truman Holdings and it was awful. They ask for first & last before they even process your application. I waited a month before hearing if I got approved. In the mean time I had run into some folks who also applied to the very same place, only to cancel their application a day or two later, who had still not received reimbursement, & this was about a month after cancelling. We all eventually got our money back but it after unnecessary wasted time.
