    Absolutely terrib...

    Absolutely terrible service. Very rude staff. Would NEVER rent from Thrifty again. We had booked a Large Car (Toyota Camry or equivalent) bit when we reached there they could only offer a compact car. The staff would not even give is the small car rate as we had paid for the large car already and eventually after a lot of urging said that we only 'deserved' $2/- off. We told him to keep the $2 but would NEVER EVER rent from Thrifty after the way we were treated. Their head office did not have a clue how to address the issue and could offer no help at all. Good luck Thrifty. You won this time but you lost one customer forever.
