T-Dot Tumblers Gymnastics

After initially finding the instructor too strict for a recreational class, one of my 2 children was hospitalized due to illness for an indefinite period. They refused to refund his classes despite having only attended 2. Their lack of empathy is appalling. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service. Do not go!

While we did really enjoy the caregiver tot program, T-Dot Tumblers customer service is terrible. My 3 year old broke his leg and the company would not reimburse me or credit my account towards a future session. They told me to bring him to class with his cast but my son was too scared to do anything really while in his cast (4 weeks). His cast is now off and we have been told by the doctor that he's not allowed to do gymnastics for 4 more weeks. I tried again to contact them to ask for a reimbu
