6 month wait to get registered from another province. completely unorganized, and not proficient. in processing applications.
Have been trying to get information on transferring an out of province nursing license for weeks. Answering machine tells me wait time is 10 minutes when i call, but no one ever picks up. Have left a message and have sent emails with no reply. Impossible to reach and website doesnt explain the process.
Sent an application in for RPN last month so I can write the CPNRE, but its taking too long for them to process it. I call one of their hotlines, but they only refer to me to their customer service. Gave the customer service hotline a call and waited for a good 30-40 minutes and still no answer. Sent an email to them regarding my application 3 weeks ago, with a follow up email the week following and still no answer. What is happening?
15 minutes hold for international RNs! wbo has tbis kind of time or money just to enquire regarding redundant page links on the website. I was looking for the page to get my RN endorsed! didnt find it so I called.. more hurdles there. Get it together please! and into real time!
Absolutely disgusted by this College. They are suppose to be there for the paying members but when someone is needing help for whatever reason they don’t care. They would rather ship you off to sea and move on. Trying to get a hold of someone by phone is a pure waste of time! This College needs to replace the workers and build a better college for the sake of everyone including the public. Start from scratch and hire friendly caring workers. This place as gone downhill the past few years!!!
The worst service I have never had! Horrible, frustrating and disappointing! I sent them more than 6 emails since two months ago and they never reply me.I made an international call to their hotline and had been waiting for an hour and end up hanging up the phone! Its unbelievably disappointing that its a regulatory body!!
The absolute worst service I've ever experienced with a regulatory body. Over a month and haven't received an email back and I've tried waiting on hold for over 2 hours multiple days and can never get a customer service representative. No emails, no calls...how do we get any assistance? Deplorable - the College should be absolutely ashamed of how it's treating its paying members.
I have attempted to contact CNO for over 2 months regarding a form for a different province in order to work. I have now lost a position because it takes apparently 7 weeks to fill out half a page and mail it. Every time I call I’m on hold for 2 hours and then the line disconnects me? This happens every time and when I transfer to registration they tell me they can’t help me and I inform them I can’t get ahold of anyone. No customer service! Only way to contact anyone is email
Almost impossible to reach them over the phone or by fax. When you reach the by phone you only realize it was a waist of time.

I have not been able to get through to them for months. I will be put on hold for 3 hours and then they hang up on me. When I finally get through to someone they say I can't help you I will send you to the main office. So they try and transfer me to the main office and they'll say, "oh I guess they're busy, you will have to call back." I then go on to say I've been calling back for four months and they don't care. I am honestly very unimpressed. That's not even the full story.
I have been trying to get ahold of CNO for weeks now. I was supposed to receive my registration letters in the mail 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Any time I call, I wait for hours and still no one answers the phone. So annoyed.
I have been waiting for 6 weeks for a document that normally takes 7-10 days to process because of the MAJOR SYSTEM UPGRADE. I waited on hold for 2 hours each time (4 times) , just to be told that they cannot tell me when it will be processed. I finally got someone to copy down my email address and was sent an email with the WRONG tracking number for the document I needed. Absurd. Who has time to wait on hold for 2 hours? Oh wait, I do because I am now unemployed because of their delay!
you literally cant get a hold of them, and when you do, they still dont know whats going so they want you transferred to main office where "documents and applications go through" so now that they opened 10 mins, now the lines busy. why not just pay them $$$$$$ and get poor quality customer service. thats fair. not to mention i called on friday and offices werent open.. what?? offices not open on friday WHEN WE HAVE A MAJOR SYSTEM UPGRADE AND PEOPLE ARE WAITING!?!?!?!?!?!?!
It is either busy or rings and no one answers. Is this number out of servive. Does this college even exit. Nurses are wasting their money belonging to this mandatory college. Extreme disappoitment.
