Hit this drive thru early morning and one item got missed, but the manager was so kind and thoughtful, even gave us cookies for the kids for the inconvenience of having to come back in. Mistakes happen but this is what stellar service looks like!!
poor service. this location messes up orders way to often. i have had 10 separate orders be wrong in some form or another. it's frustrating to not get what you pay for. the people are nice but beyond that i wouldn't go again unless i had too.
Supervisor that was working at 12 pm on December 27th was rude to the other employees. I could see the employees working hard and going as fast as they can. I was happy with how fast I got my order but she didn't think they were fast enough.
