Thx to tech Gary, who understood and agreed my problem with new cpu fan from other place is that it being more efficient, draws only .17 amp, but my mobo is expecting to see aprox .7 amp draw, that why it says cpu fan error and says shutting down in few secs. He found one less efficient, no amp rating findable, but being lower quality, likely closer to what mobo expects. Yipee !! Mobo excepts it. Other places disagreed with my diagnosis, saying bring in mobo for examination. :-) :-)
Worst business I've ever had an experience with or dealt not even worth 1 star Everyone I've talked to about them has multiple horror stories also, worst policies and slowest repairs, and a five day return policy took over a month to get a computer used it for two days and wouldn't work gave back for repair which theres a charge for, took 7 more days to tell me defective part, they said it'll take additional 6-8 weeks to get it fixed I wanted my money back and they said that's not an option
