Never the correct order. Eight people doing one job accounts for:"is this no onions or extra..."..."what was your order?"..."did someone not see, 'no peanuts' on this sundae?'...it is a mess of mistakes and seemingly employees who don't care whether they make mistake after mistake, I guess no-one gets terminated. Thunder Bay has the worst service, most inaccurate orders, filthiest 'restaurants' (Not really a restaurant). Will never take my kids here again. Plenty of other fast food here.
