I have dealt with...
I have dealt with Rachel for many years and have purchased numerous glasses from her. I found her very professional and helpful. I will continue to get my glasses from her as she has a very good selection of new and stylish frames and always recommends what I need. Will definitely be back there to get my next pair.
I have been going to this store for years and always had the best service. Rachel makes suggestions to my wants and needs in my vision care and lets me pick and choose my own options. She works very hard to satisfy every patient. If anyone would have an issue they should contact her, the last thing she would want is an unhappy customer. Her eyeglass frames are gorgeous and she has a style for anyone. Plain or fancy. I highly recommend this optical store.
This optician Rachel Hill Campbell has sales tactics that are over-the-top, artificial. She spoke to me in a Very loud, aggressive and even mocking manner which I found strange and surely offensive. She needs to take her voice down a few decibals.
I will get an additional pair of glasses for distance driving but it won't be there. A nice pair of Foster Grant reading glasses 1.25 helped me when reading materials, or small print close-up. I don't need any special glasses made for computer reading as she may try to convince the customer that they do infact need them. Computer fonts can be adjusted. Computers have accessibility functions. Do not recommend Personal Optical.

loud however I do work with patients in various ages and most of them have difficulty with hearing and due to years of vocal training I suppose my chords are a little strong. I will try to control my volume. However I might need to disagree about being "over the top". I love what I do and have a passion for my work and I will not sell product to my clients that they do not need. It is always their choice and I am simply here as an Optician
to educate them on their options. At Personal Optical we do not work on
commission in any way. I welcome you to come back for a visit and let me know any other concerns you may have had. I am far from offensive, anyone who knows me personally can assure you of that. I wish you would have let me know in advance of any of your concerns.

Awesome!!!!
Personal Optical knows how to fit glasses!!!! They will not tell you everything looks great. They are honest and opinionated. They understand and ask questions about you hobbies, lifestyle and needs when they recommend.
Great style and much better priced than big chains.
Highly recommend
