i started seeing dr norris when i was in my teens and i am now 50, i have always been pleased until this past year, dr dowding has taken over and im sure benefits from much of the practice. anyway, the glasses i received last time were not made properly, they are trangressions, so they have bifocals in them, they were off by a quarter on an inch so i wasnt seeing out the proper part..dr dowding did not want to help me or even talk to me because i waited to long to complain..i suffered the whole
