Village Decor Shoppe

Came here 6 years ago to buy Para epoxy paint to revolt our kennel business walls. Paint matches perfect...now, 6 years later I come in, with an old roached can of paint with half the formula covered with paint on the label and they took the time to go back through old formulas to find it!!! Amazing and a relief. Staff have, on both occasions , been very friendly and helpful, getting my paint matched, mixed and getting me on my way in good time! Thank you Village Decor!!!

I would agree wit...

I would agree with the gentleman who indicated that the staff are rude and inappropriate. I too would suggest that this store be avoided. An unfortunate merchant for a delightful town such as Port Perry.

Village decor is ...

Village decor is an excellent place. Joanne and her staff are very kind and very knowledgeable. My wife and I are performing extensive renovations on our home in Port Perry and we shop there whenever possible, especially for paint. This store caters excellently to individuals and small businesses that operate locally (perhaps not "promotional" companies) and I would highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service

This is the absolute worst place you can go for Paint. They are very rude, uninformed and very rude :P We have a contracting business and have recently moved to Port Perry. We also own a promotional company that promotes local businesses. Since moving to Port Perry we have spent thousands of dollars with local businesses remodelling our new home (nothing feels better than supporting a local small business so they may thrive and maintain the down town area). In short, the staff were very rude to both my wife and I. I tried to ignore it and went back with an open mind... and once again, we had the same terrible experience. I called and tried to express my concerns, and once again they were very rude... This is my first and hopefully only complaint about a local business. :( I hope they can fix this.
