There is no better place for a child to learn how to swim. My son started at 11 months old and now has his lifeguard badge. The team are phenomenal with all children. My son was very challenging when he started there but they never gave up. They worked with him until he learned to love the water. We moved to the Brock Road pool and the same can be said for that location. Bonnie, Chris and the team are beyond fantastic.
If anyone is looking to get their kids/Adult trained I would suggest approach with caution. My kids, wife and I have been with them since Jan 2021. Unfortunately there has been some disagreement and I have questioned the trainers late Nov 2021 which resulted in us not being allowed. I had conversation with Chris which was a bit shocking as it was more around his business then what customer has to say. The reason I waited this long was to give them an opportunity to refund my money.
B&C was recommended to me by a fellow mother whose 3 year old daughter was floating as a result of her private classes with Bonnie. My son then took private and group classes and I’m over the moon with the results. It’s been just over a year and my son’s water skills are impressive! Even strangers complement him.
Working with Bonnie and staff was such a pleasure - even through Covid times. They kept me in the loop and rescheduling was never an issue. Highly, highly recommend.
Disappointing experience! They will charge you full price for half the time. My kids were in the program scheduled every once a week half hour per child but they were only getting 15 per session and I was paying double for half the time. Why go and pay for a foot long and only get a 6" what a waste
For adult swimmers it may not be the best option. It's rather expensive with invoices being given to you for multiple sessions days before the payment due date. They don't take debit or credit... The facility has no lockers, nobody EVER answers the phone in the office no matter what time / day you call, and the warm 92 degree Celsius water makes endurance swimming extremely difficult. I wouldn't recommend lessons here mainly because of the lacking customer service and facility offerings.
