I took my sons phone here to have the screen fixed. It was smashed. After 6 days and me phoning 5 times to check on the phone it was finally ready. upon pick up was handed a bill for $200 to fix the screen!!! It's $45-50 anywhere else.
If you need your phone fixed go elsewhere, slow service WAY OVERPRICED!!
Stay well clear of this establishment. They do not stand by their products and do not honour their warranty. They sold me a refurbished iPhone 11 for $425 with a 3 month warranty. It never worked … from day one.
I returned it for replacement and they said it was damaged. It was never used by me because it DIDNT WORK. Zero calls made; zero connections to data …Absolutely, totally Impossible that it was damaged while in my possession.
So they kept all of my money with no repair or replacement.
