We have been using J&D Autotec for more than 20 years. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Their prices are reasonable and only repair what needs to be repaired. They will also let you know if a repair is needed or can wait for the future . I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Definitely a 5-star service!

Worst place I ever experienced! They broke my oil pan during an oil change, tried to cover it up and when I found out they wouldn’t pay for it. Avoid at all cost
The moment I walked into this place I was served with the best customer service I have received in a very long time, especially from a auto shop! I'm very very impressed! I needed an alignment, they said it would take 45-60 minutes, they were right on. Unfortuantly I ended up being 5 minutes late for my apt due to traffic and it was not an issue at all. The guys working at J&D are so full of character, and have the best sense of humour! Just from them being so helpful and friendly will make me go back any time I need any work done. I have a guard hanging down under my car as well, and they fixed it for me. I'm very impressed with the service I was provided today, and will be recommending many people, I live in Kanata but will be driving the extra 20/30 minutes to see them any time I need something done to my car, it's also very reasonable prices.
