Their vehicle rental policy states that the vehicle has go back the same day as the settlement offer is communicated to the insured-accepted or not. So, they do not give you enough time to buy another car in a total loss situation. They gave me just four days to buy another car before I had to give back the rental. I had to fight for an extra 2 days. Then, they will not insure the rental vehicle if you want to extend it. Awful company which places money ahead of their customers.
