Red Barn Auditorium

Had an amazing time with my friend at the red barn for bingo night. Really helpful and friendly staff especially Andy who walked us newbs thru the different games and how it works. And oh, by the way. The bathroom was sooo clean you could probably eat the highly unrecommended burger right off the floor. So clean ! If you’re looking for a good place to mingle with laid back blue collar folk this is the spot. L. Christmas

Wow, went to the Red Barn tonight and it was one of the worst experiences at playing bingo. The workers were so rude and the washrooms were so dirty.

It's always the same winners. And needs to be more cleaner. it's awful there

Worst Bingo Announcer

Novice bingo player here. Tried introducing my friend to bingo tonight. Was really hoping she'd enjoy it so I'd have a buddy to go with. Both asked for an electronic six strip since we're no where near good enough to play dab-alls. We didn't notice until 3 games in that she had repeat numbers and clearly not an electronic book. We shook it off as a misunderstanding and tried to play as best we could. I'd help her dab extra numbers if she'd miss them. She found a bingo once right after the announcer closed it. It was hard to keep up without an electric book. The second time she got bingo, she called it, the kind boy ran over, called out the number to the announcer, then he proceeded to say she called it after he closed bingo which is completely untrue. Several people defended her and tried telling the announcer that she called before he closed it. She called bingo twice then the two other kind ladies beside me called for her right after since no one was paying attention. At the end of the day, the announcer said too bad, so sad. This is an awful example of how the game should be played. Her call was fair and several people heard it. The Announcer tonight was rude and ignorant and, frankly, has deterred me from ever returning to the Red Barn. I have plenty of friends and family who attend every once in a while and I will DEFINITELY be mentioning that we mosey on down to pickering instead :) Thanks for nothing.
