I have had on several occasions received the wrong order from drive though and in store. They always sort it out if you catch it, but their fail rate is pretty high.
Ordered a drive through poutine today, drove home and found the box to be 1/3 full. Called the store 10 times with no answer / no voice mail. Returned to store... was told...
I was busy and couldn't answer your calls (store was empty)
We get complaints about the size of our poutines all the time.
They gave me my money back but I was not impressed.
