The doctor and the environment is good.
The Support staff need to be more proactive and vigilant.
The front desk person didn't mention that I had an outstanding balance accrued over past 2 years! That cost me around 1000 $ which I could have paid via HCSA.
This was a major dent to my finances just because the staff made a MAJOR MISTAKE.
All I got was an apology but nothing was done to rectify the issue.
Advice: Don't assume that the staff are on top of things. Ask if you have any pending amt
