Have had take out several times. Sometimes a bit greasy, but no worse than other places. Owner is very nice,will continue to enjoy their food when I need a fish and chip fix.

Batter! It seems to be the hardest thing to get...

Batter! It seems to be the hardest thing to get right. I've tried places all over the city and for the the upper west side this can't be beat. If in the south east end, try British Style. I'm sure there are a couple I haven't tried that might be as good, but when you find a good thing you stick with it. Definitely my two favs.
