Beam Central Vacuum Systems

I called because ...

I called because I was having a problem with my central vacuum. I explained the issue to the lady who answered the phone, she passed my call to a tech. He asked me a couple of questions, the last one was, "did you buy this from us?". I told him I did not and he put the phone down in my ear. The ad clearly says they service all makes, I guess they don't... I did expect to have to pay for a service call but they did not want my money. I have never seen such horrible customer service.
