It can be very difficult to value jewellery and there are a lot of jewellery who take advantage of people who have jewellery but don’t understand how it is evaluated. I brought a few random pieces and my wedding rings and Marcus reviewed them with me directly. He was very thorough and understanding of my situation. I found that he gave options and was helpful with pieces he was not going to buy as well. I felt comfortable there. The process was very easy. Thank you very much!

Marcus & Co.should be reported for false advertising as giving best prices for items.....low balled my first item so I stopped the transaction immediately. Best thing they have going is a friendly security guard....the staff are unsmiling, cold & were 10 min.late opening.,.unprofessional. There are much better gold buyers out there, folks.Truly.

Well the only good thing about the experience was the guy serving me. Nice enough but the offers for our rings was less than half what a small local jewellery store offered. Not even worth the gas we wasted driving there. Very disappointed.

First time seller. While you could argue that my experience was due to my knowledge I certainly would not recommend selling here unless you really know what your jewellery is worth. They undoubtedly took advantage of me so be cautious when selling.
