Terry Fox Medical is an extremely pleasant clinic from the staff to the doctors and my overall experience has been great. They are patient and understanding and go above and beyond to provide the best service. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others as well.
Receptionist provided wrong information on wait times. Told us 30 minutes and we ended up waiting for 2 hours before we got to see the doctor Will not go there again
My son had a surgery in his knee few months ago! He is two years old and he keeps saying he has pain, I told dr taghreed she said( parents worry too much on their children in such a situation (she did not even take a look at it ) .on the other hand I had some pain she wrote a medicine without even checking pain area! .they don’t care about their patients!
Can't believe they refused care based on my health card. There has been no mandate from the mohltc will follow up with cpso and cmpa
Terrible experience. Has been reliable in the past but I went in for a simple treatment and they made it completely worse and I was in more pain when I left than before and had to go to the ER where they fixed it brilliantly. Also could not go to another walk-in clinic on the same day due to OHIP policies so I was forced to go to the hospital. Was not impressed or pleased. The people were nice, only positive but their medical skills were questionable.
The doctors here are nice and polite but the Secretaries and 2 of the nurses (Asian) are just plain nasty. I had a bit of a spat with both of them. Older, crabby nurses. Do the docs not realize that these two have nasty attitudes?
I had a very bad experience with this clinic, waited 2 hours even though had an appointment. Specially the secretary of Dr. Chang is terrible. She is not polite and does not know what she is doing.
Terrible experience. We took my 9 year daughter in and the doctor was very intimidating and unhelpful It seemed he was more interested in why we weren't at our family doctor (it was Saturday) than looking at the medical issue. Good news was there was no wait and I expect it will stay that way as we are not going back.
My husband was ill and we went to this clinic last Sunday. The receptionist was extremely rude with a really bad attitude and the doctor we saw was even worse. She did not ask my husband any questions but instead would ask me questions. It was like my husband did not exist. She bad-mouthed us to the receptionist because we did not tell the receptionist why we wanted to see the doctor. I don't understand why we need to tell the receptionist what our medical issues are, she's not a doctor and there are other patients in the waiting room who don't need to hear our medical information. The doctor also told us that if we wanted better service, we should go to our family doctor!!!!
My family has used this medical centre various times and each time we have had great service. The wait is generally less than at other walk-in clinics and the workers are typically kind and courtious. The doctors at this location are excellent and respectful. There is a convenient pharmacy next door with knowledgable, and personable staff. I highly recommend this walk-in to anyone.
The clinic service is not good. You can even notice the dirty plants. Some of the receptionists have real attitude. I acknowledge that the doctor is experienced and knowledgeable. I never had problem with the doctor until recently. During my last visit I had a fixed appointment. After an hour past my appointment time I complained about the waiting time to the attendant. When my turn finally came the doctor appeared with another person who he introduced as a new doctor at his clinic. Without saying anything further the doctor just left saying that the new doctor will now attend to me. After waiting for almost 2 hours I did not expect to be seen by a junior/new doctor when I booked the appointment with my regular doctor. Why I was not told about this before or why didn't the doctor ask for my permission. That was totally unprofessional.
