The staff are great and always take the time to answer any questions you have as well as provide you with information that you may have not thought to ask. Great product selection - young guy who works there is really friendly and helpful.
Customer service on the phone: bad news - called to ask if they were open, received a rude reply , maybe you should list your hours somewhere online or get an answering machine.
Definitely would have gotten a higher rate!
