    Terrible, I live off of Vancouver Street in East London and have not receive flyers in two weeks. Is there anyone delivering this route? If not, I will have been asking for two years now.

    All neighbors had received flyers but I did not. Tracks from the wagon used for delivery went right by my door. Not a happy camper.

    l have not received my flyers for 2 weeks now and l call the number and it is not in service. Not a good way to run a business.

    I rely on the Flyers to shop economically and find consistent delivery a big problem. Over the holidays I didn't mind much but since the new year has begun I have not received a single delivery even though image called on Thursdays when it didn't arrive. Today when I called 519-451-1500 I got an "out of service" message.Think it is time to start informing places that place advertising here that their flyers aren't reaching people like me who want to use them.

    I have tried so many times to request grocery flyers. They eventually arrive for a couple of weeks and then again stop. What do I do to get grocery flyers dropped off. Phone calls don't seem to work

    Terrible working with them. Half the time they’re so disorganized and we don’t receive enough or to little to deliver. They deliver them sloppily and the pay is to little.

    We have not received our flyers for over a month. Some houses in our neighbourhood get them and others don't, no rhyme or reason as to how the flyers are delivered. It's not the first time this has happened and I beginning to think it won't be the last. It's to bad companies are paying to have their flyers distributed and the customers are not getting them.

    They simply don't bother to deliver the flyers half of the time. When we call to attempt to have them delivered they promise they will be on there way but they don't arrive even after multiple complaints. My wife enjoys using them to shop and the companies are paying for all of their advertizing. The only missing link is the delivery service, unfortunately

    Horrible reliability. I have not received my flyers in 4 weeks, before that not every week. I have called several times. They assured me it would be looked after. I am not sure if why they pay people if service is not being done. Unbelievable the worst service by a company including the lack of follow up

    it must be nice to have a job and get payed and never send the pappers out to your street.i call 4 times a week and still dont get it.i hope they go out of bussiness because they dont care about the people count on the flyers.

    call every week the employee says I'll get one but we do not someone calls satuday to check I tell her we didnt get one again but nothing happens O Icant believe you run this business so poorly

    I've lived in my house in London for more than a year. We have never received the fliers and recently I decided I'd like to get them. I talked to the carrier in the street who had a ridiculous excuse about why my house wasn't on his list. I've since called the office twice and emailed, and nobody returns my calls or email and after trying for about 6 weeks I still do not get the fliers. What does it take to ask them to deliver fliers to me?

    Incredibly pathet...

    Incredibly pathetic service. The way they spoke to my 13 year old is unacceptable. After 2 weeks of delivering 188 houses and 3600*2 flyers he decided to resign and out came the worse rude behavior from Starmail. The payment is meager, like $3 an hour, the customer care is beyond belief rude. And you dare not do what and when they ask, better brace yourself. If kids are doing this for easy money as a mohter its my strong recommendation not to consider it AT ALL.

    We haven't received flyers in a month. A month ago my wife came out the front door just in time to see the delivery guy removing our flyers. Apparently everyone in our complex had been removed from his list. We called and got our townhouse put back on but the delivery person still isn't coming to our complex. Called in every week, still no flyers. This is really annoying when we want to price match.

    The delivery is hit and miss. I have phoned a few times and the delivery improved, and there were followup calls from StarMail, which showed good customer relations. But customers shouldn't have to keep calling. A better solution needs to be found.
