Pretty much always have a good experience here. Only complaint is sometimes they should open another lane during a rush of customers at checkout. Most of the time they do, but I’d say about 30-40% of the time that is not the case. Otherwise it’s a great store. (Regardless of all that, don’t buy pets at pet stores, it’s a cruel inhumane industry. Stick to just food, toys, bedding, litter, etc)

Too much talking to each other instead of paying attention to the customers. My husband was having trouble using the swipe card machine. It didn’t work by swiping or by putting the card in the machine and all the while she was talking then talking to me about the dogs that were getting groomed. Then she realized the transaction wasn’t going through and finally fixed her cash register to allow the transaction to go through. She had not connected it due to talking so much. Not impressed.

Not getting my business ever again.
