Oxford Animal Hospital

This vet is the best I have ever been to! He is an excellent gentle caring doctor. I have been coming here for a decade or more and have always had fantastic service, friendly caring staff and my dogs run to the door, I have never had a vet that the dogs liked to visit,lol, I guess its his liver treats he gives them. I will not ever go anywhere else!

Too my 3 year old...

Too my 3 year old Chorkie to this vet for the first time after a wonderful experience with them over the phone. My little Riley put a toad in his mouth and got sprayed and was vomiting and they were extremely helpful and assuring on the phone so I brought him there for his shots and was impressed. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the doctor (sorry didn't get his name) came into the room quickly and have Riley the shot and he didn't even flinch, it was as if he didn't get the shot at all. He is my regular vet going forward. Thanks for making my guys first vet visit with me a pleasant one, we will definitely be back.

It has been 4 day...

It has been 4 days since Dolly's teeth cleaning and extractions and she is doing so well we can't believe it!! We are totally impressed with Dr. Rayla and the staff at Oxford Animal Hospital. We had a wonderful experience and are so happy to see our little girl bouncing around the house again. Thankyou Larry Shirley and Dolly

We found the staff extremely kind, and thorough they did not rush us and explained everything in detail. The front desk girl was so very kind to us and to our pet. The vet was patient with us and made sure our fears where both recognized and minimized.

Worst experience ever!!!!

Took my 4 month old puppy in for his vaccinations. The first needle was excellent however the 2nd needle given had my dog yelping, clawing, climbing up me. I am sure that IF there were others in the waiting room they would have thought that my puppy had gone to a slaughter house. When I asked the vet how come the 2nd shot hurt so much he told me that "it didnt hurt him", he just knew that it was coming. Well my puppy had a lump between his should blades from the injection that took ~ 2 weeks to dissipate. We could not touch that area for 3 days it was so sore! NEVER going back!!!! 0 Stars..... :(
