Totally disappointed with this Office. Wanted to make an appointment and I let them know I am on ODSP, and her response was, "Unfortunately, for ODSP, we are at capacity for this year." Please take note of the date of this comment; it is January 12, 2023. So, how can they be at capacity for the year, when this year just started? My guess, is they think we don't deserve dental care. At least that is how I perceived her response.
I have been going to Northland for over 20 years and I have always had a great experience. I have seen Dr. Burton and Dr. Pinto for my general dental care, and most recently Dr. Rifkind for my wisdom teeth extraction. Amanda and Charlotte have been there since I can remember and know my family well and always greet everyone with a smile. I only have great things to say about the entire staff.
